At approximately 2:00 PM PDT Tuesday, April 16th, 2013 we identified an intermittent sign-in issue in which we were alerted through internal monitoring. After investigating, it was determined that a WLID deployment may have caused issues with rendering with Akamai, although nothing has been reported roughly 30% of users could have seen failures attempting to sign into CRM Online using WLID authentication. They would be able to retry and succeed. The issue was mitigated at approximately 2:30 PM PDT April 16th, 2013. A post incident report will be posted within 5-business days.
