On June, 18th 2014 at approximately 11:54:00 AM PDT a small subset of CRM Online orgs served from the North America Datacenter became inaccessible. The issue was detected by internal monitoring and resolved by Microsoft Service Engineering at approximately 12:35 PM PDT. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our team is performing a robust analysis of the system to reduce a risk of a similar issue occurring. A Post Incident Report (PIR) will be published within 5 business days.
