A small subset of CRM Online orgs served from the North America Datacenter became inaccessible at approximately 12:11 PM UTC June 17, 2014. The issue was detected by internal monitoring and resolved by Microsoft Service Engineering at approximately 12:20 PM UTC June 17, 2014. The issue is now resolved.
