Starting at about 1:42 PM PDT on Monday April 28th 2014, customers may have experienced an intermittent sign-in issue or a SQL error while attempting to access CRM Online. The issue was identified through internal monitoring and was resolved at approximately 1:59 PM PDT Monday April 28th 2014. We continue to gather additional information on the service incident and will ensure a Post Incident Report (PIR) will be published within 5 business days.
