On March, 6th 2014 at approximately 7:07:00 PM PST a small set of CRM Online orgs served from the North America Datacenter became inaccessible. The issue was detected by internal monitoring and resolved by Microsoft Service Engineering using documented mitigation procedures at approximately 7:19 PM PST 3/6/2014.
