Summary
On February, 11th 2014 at approximately 02:20:00 PM PST CRM Online orgs served from the Amsterdam Datacenter became inaccessible. The issue was detected by internal monitoring and resolved by Microsoft Service Engineering using documented mitigation procedures in partnership with the Microsoft Network teams. This issue impacted less than 50% of customers in the region.
