Resolved | EMEA | CRM Online | A small subset of customers in an EMEA hosted DC were inaccessible on February 07, 2014

On Friday, February 07, 2014 at approximately 5:30 PM UTC, an issue in one of Microsoft's datacenters caused some orgs to be inaccessible. The problem affected less than 1% of CRM Online organizations in the region. Microsoft engineers resolved the issue with documented steps. The issue was successfully fixed on Friday, February 07, 2014 at 6:40 PM UTC. A complete post-incident report will be available within 5 business days.
