On Wednesday, December 11th 2013 at approximately 3:10 PM PST a small subset of North American customers hosted in a North American datacenter became inaccessible. Dynamics Service Engineering quickly mitigated the issue and restored access to the service at 3:20 PM PST. A post incident report (PIR) will be available within 5 business days.
