Spice Up Your Dynamics CRM with Custom Colors

Want to match CRM to your company’s logo and branding? The Spring 2015 update will now include custom themes that you can set. Let’s face it the same old colors can get boring, why not create a little company pride by setting CRM to have your corporate colors. Or colors of your favorite team maybe? For today’s tip we will show how to set the custom colors in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015.

Go to Settings – Customizations. Then pick Themes from the list.

Once you are in Themes, Click New to create a new Theme or open the CRM Default and clone it.

Update the logo, Navigation and other UI elements with your color scheme. Note – you will need to know the HTML color or you can use a HTML color site like http://html-color-codes.info/.

To Preview the new theme, choose PREVIEW on the command bar. To exit the Preview mode, choose EXIT PREVIEW on the command bar, next to the PREVIEW button.

Once you are happy with the theme and want to use it, choose PUBLISH THEME on the command bar. Your changes will be your new CRM colors!
