The email a link feature in Dynamics CRM is a great tool when you are working on a record in Dynamics CRM and need input from another person in your group. Whether it is something you are seeing, not seeing or just need another pair of eyes to check it over you can easily have them check it out with the Email A Link feature. Here is how you can do it!
- Open the record you want to send a link for.
- In the ribbon, click the button called “EMAIL A LINK”. This will open an email message window with the record link already in the body.
- Fill out the email recipient and send the email as you normally would. NOTE – In order for the recipient to view the record they must already be a CRM user.
