Multiple images via setup_Token with PowerEmail

PowerEmail is a simple way to send emails via CRM while gaining extra insight on the details of what happens after the emails have been sent: if and when an email was opened, the last time it was opened, how many times it was opened, and tracks URL clicks. Not only is it possible to place the Token image anywhere in the email, but mulitiple images can be placed through out the entire email.

 

1. Navigate to Settings.

 

2. Navigate to Solutions from the Settings area. It may be necessary to scroll the ribbon to the right to view the Solutions tile.

 

3. Open the PowerEmail solutiob and select the PowerEmail Configuration Tab. In the setup_Token field, type the text that will replace the default/custom image. Click Save.

 

Note: The Token is case sensitive.

 

4. When creating an email, the setup_Token can be inserted anywhere in the email; instead of at the bottom:
