Summary
On Monday, March 30, 2015 at approximately 8:40 AM UTC, an issue in one of Microsoft's datacenters caused a small number of organizations to become inaccessible. The issue was caught by internal monitoring. The problem affected less than 5% of CRM Online customers in the region. Microsoft engineers quickly followed documented procedures to resolve the issue.
