Update:  RESOLVED

Our Engineering teams have mitigated the issue and service has been restored for all affected customers as of 6:23 PM UTC. Some customers in the North American region would have experienced slow login, the inability to login, and/or a service degradation while navigating through the UI. We sincerely apologize if this issue affected you in any way.
