Less than 5% of the customers in the region reported the issue. Microsoft engineers investigated and took steps to mitigate the issue. Customer Impact
Some European customers received 404 errors and were unable to access their organizations for the duration of 2 hours and 13 minutes. There was no impact to customers in the Americas or the Asia Pacific region.

Root Cause
Microsoft engineers checked the system and error logs, monitoring dashboards, and system health monitoring, and found nothing conclusive as to why this small set of users in EMEA got 404 errors. There were no network infrastructure maintenance or outages reported at the time. Additional resources have been requested to assist with looking for the root cause.
