We had an issue earlier today where some CRM Online customers in EMEA were unable to access their CRM Online organizations.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Service Engineering team has mitigated the issue. All orgs should be accessible now. There will be a PIR published here and on the O365 Service Health Dashboard within 5 business days.
