What's New in CRM 2016?

There are some exciting changes available for new CRM users in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 - and these will be rolling out to existing customers in the coming months. Here are a few web pages, blogs, webinars and other resources to give you some insight into what you can expect.

CRM 2016 Interactive Service Hub

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Release Preview Guide - the guide, published by Microsoft, has a fairly detailed description of each new feature that is included as well as some features that will still be in preview mode until spring or summer.

What's new in … CRM 2015, CRM 2015 UR1 and CRM 2016? This interactive web page from Microsoft provides a helpful summary of the most important business features, and when they were released - including notes about the Online versus On Premises release versions.

Are you an administrator or developer working with CRM?  TechNet’s What’s New for Administrators and Customizers in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 site contains more technical details on the above updates, and some information on how to configure them.
