The Microsoft Dynamics CRM team is releasing a fix for Microsoft Dynamics CRM for a Daylight Savings Time (DST) change that is occurring in Brazil, Jordan, and Fiji. These countries have discontinued Daylight Savings Time. The fixes are available through support for the following:
CRM 4.0 with Update Rollup 21
CRM 2011 Update Rollup 11 Critical Update
CRM 2011 Update Rollup 16
The changes that will go into this fix are as follows:
Jordan
Jordon will end DST in 2013. From 2014 onwards, Jordan will fall back to the rule which was followed from 2006 to 2011.
DST transition for 2013 ends December 20. DST transition from 2014 onwards: DST Start: At mid-night of last Thursday of March (next Friday 00:00:00 -> 00:01:00) DST End: Last Friday of October 01:00:00 -> 00:00:00 every year

Brazil
State of Acre will follow SA Pacific Standard Time from 11th October 2013. Updated display name of SA Pacific Standard Time from "(GMT-05:00) Bogota, Lima, Quito" to "(GMT-05:00) Bogota, Lima, Quito, Rio Branco"

Fiji
In a press release from the Fijian Government, they announced Fiji will end DST on 2014-01-19 02:00. Windows is currently set to end DST for “(UTC+12:00) Fiji” on 2014-01-19 03:00.
