There is an issue with the creation of new CRM organizations for customers in Hong Kong. Customers who select "Hong Kong SAR" as their country on the sign up page for a new trial or additional CRM online instance will receive an error message and be unable to complete the process.
Work around: Affected users should contact CRM Online support and provide both the URL of the CRM organization and the base currency they wish the organization to have. Support will then complete the set up process on the back end. It may take a couple of days for the organization to be set up.
