On Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at approximately 12:00 AM UTC, a small subset of CRM Online Orgs served from an EMEA datacenter were inaccessible. Service Engineering investigated the issue and was able to restore access for those impacted orgs on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 12:20 AM UTC.
