Some European customers impacted by yesterdays outage may see a modified organization URL when accessing their orgs

INCIDENT DESCRIPTION CORRECTION:

CRM Online Orgs are accessible, but due to the DNS refresh delays, some CRM Online customers in Europe who were impacted by yesterdays outage may be experiencing an automatic redirection to the –s (dash dash s) or –d (dash dash d) URLs when they type in their org URL or when they try to otherwise access it programmatically, which is causing other functionality issues in CRM such as script errors and outlook synchronization errors.

We are still taking steps to nudge the DNS refresh along so that the original org URLs will render the org access without the –s or –d. This should address related errors.

This should be a temporary issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

6:00 PM (UTC) Update - the DNS refresh commands are still running, but testing of customer escalated orgs is showing positive results. We are considering this resolved as the refresh will continue and should update the DNS entries with time. If customers are still experiencing the redirected URL after 24 hours and would like assistance investigating, they can contact CRM Online Support.

Please be sure to validate the behaviour in a new browser session after clearing browser caches.
